Governor’s Neighbor
This elegant home located near the Tennessee Governor’s mansion required extensive renovation to bring it up to date. In the main house we installed new floors, completely remodeled the kitchen, updated the family room and added closet space. The pool house also received a major remodel with the addition of a bedroom and the redesign of the bathroom. The finishes in this project included handmade solid cherry cabinets, Italian marble flooring and natural stone tile.
